EHS Music Students Raise $9,200 for Wildey Theatre Renovation

Thursday, September 23, 2010 at Edwardsville High School, Edwardsville High School students presented a check to Friends of The Wildey. The check is the result of the Wildey Benefit Concert by the EHS Music Students. More than 480 people attended the concert, 180 students participated in the various music groups, and the students raised $9,200 for the Wildey Theatre Renovation. The money will be used to buy the curtains for the stage.

Edwardsville Rotary Criterium Rides Sept. 12

The Wells Fargo Advisors Edwardsville Rotary Criterium is a fast-paced, pro-am bicycle race held in Downtown Edwardsville, Illinois on Sunday, September 12, 2010. The course features seven turns, a picturesque historic downtown setting and lively spectators.  The one-day payout for the event is $10,000. USA Cycling permit is currently pending. Races Begin September 12th at 8:30am. View the Schedule of Events
