Wildey Theatre Unveils New Special Event Space

Edwardsville’s Wildey Theatre has completed renovations on a new special event space to be known as The Marquee Room. The 1,200 square foot room is located on the second floor of the theatre, and overlooks the theatre’s landmark Marquee.  The room features the original 1909 maple hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and nine-foot-tall windows, creating a bright, open space with sixteen-foot ceilings.

The Marquee Room is available for meetings, parties, receptions and other special events.  It has a capacity of 100 for seated dinners and 125-150 for receptions.  The theatre has tables and chairs available for rent, and can provide staff and equipment for any technical needs.
